Land O’Lakes

No place in Wisconsin is more aptly named than Land O’ Lakes. The community is surrounded by water, including the Cisco Chain of 15 lakes, Lac Vieux Desert and more than 100 other clear lakes teeming with fish. In Land O’ Lakes, you’ll find the headwaters of the mighty Wisconsin River flowing through beautifully forested country that is steeped in Native American history.

Bike, hike and birdwatch along the 8.5-mile Land O’Lakes Bike/Pedestrianway, part of the Wilderness Lakes Trail System. Go swimming, sailing, boating or canoeing on the area’s waterways. Golf the scenic Gateway Golf Club.

Winter means ice fishing, ice skating, snowmobiling hundreds of miles of area trails and cross-country skiing the Land O’Lakes Ski Trails.
