Reported 10/21/10:  The area is now past peak color. Windy weather and cooler, frosty mornings have most of the leaves on the forest floor.  And while the yellow-gold of the tamaracks still highlight many area landscapes, they are beginning to display muted colors.  As late fall continues, trail users need to be aware of hunting regulations for the area.
