There’s no shortage of good paddling waters in Vilas County. A number of quiet lakes, many of them non-motor waters, provide unmatched serenity for canoeists and kayakers. The Wisconsin and Manitowish Water Rivers offer more outstanding opportunities for canoeing, kayaking and paddling.
