This segment of the over 50-mile Heart of Vilas County paved bike trail runs along varying terrain from County Hwy K in Manitowish Waters into Boulder Junction, with a 4-mile spur north on County Hwy M to Dairymen’s Road and continues south on County Hwy M to County Hwy N. Along the way are many scenic viewing areas, a picnic area, and two off-trail scenic detours – at Nichols Lake Road (winds by the park and beach area) and at Bear Lake Road (to Little Crooked and Round Lakes). www.biketheheart.org
