Conover-Phelps Trail Open House

FreeThe Conover-Phelps Trail is complete and celebrating with an Open House in Phelps. All ages are welcome. Walk or bike all or part of the NEW 1.9 mile section of the trail into downtown Phelps and get a FREE ice cream. Sponsored by the Phelps Chamber of Commerce, Old World Charm Bed and Breakfast, and the Friends of the Conover-Phelps trail.
