This fun activity places a children’s story (literally a book taken apart) along a popular walking route in downtown Boulder Junction. There will be 2-page spreads of the book mounted either in a business’s window or on a staked board outside the business. There will be directions on the mounted pages leading families from one page spread to the next throughout downtown Boulder Junction. The first pages will be mounted at the Boulder Junction Library Reading Garden. The second stop will be at Winkler’s Christmas tree lot across from the Community Center, and there will be subsequent stops dispersed throughout downtown Boulder Junction. The book is Pick a Pine Tree by Patricia Toht.
