Participants will alternate between applying cool and warm colors, allowing images to emerge.  This is an exercise in freeing outcomes.  It is a calming process which lends itself well to mindful self-care and indulgence.  All materials are included in this class.  No artistic talent is needed.  Participants will create two paintings.  It is recommended that participants wear a covering over their clothing to protect it from paint.  Participation is free, but registration is required.  Class size is limited to 15 people.
