This program offers glimpses into the life of a wildlife biologist with lessons from our wildlife theme-based unit.  Students have the opportunity to learn and practice skills like radio telemetry, transects using GPS technology, and wildlife capture techniques over the course of their 4-day stay.  Students assume the role of a wildlife biologist and using their collected data combined with scientific implications, present a research proposal as their culminating activity.  With Trees for Tomorrow’s multi-high school programs, multiple schools can attend a single four-day trip together including dorm-style lodging and homemade meals.

Spring 2023 dates are March 5-7 and April 23-26 and are open to all high school classes and teachers.
