Nature Adventure-Woodland Yoga and Forest Bathing

Breath in, breath out. Now sign up for outdoor yoga and forest bathing! Yoga improves your flexibility, reduces stress, increases your strength, and can even improve your cardiovascular function. What better place to try yoga than in the great outdoors? Instructor Jim will lead a 1-hour session in the grass lawn. After yoga, stick around to experience some forest bathing and a walking meditation. Learn awareness and skills on how to harness the healing power of being in nature and touching the earth. From beginners to experienced individuals, all are welcome. Participants of any age can come, but those under 18 must attend with an adult. Restrooms are available.
