The Phelps Historical Museum 2019 season opening will follow the Memorial Day ceremony at the Phelps cemetery.  The museum staff are thankful for the sacrifices that men and women have made for our freedoms.

The museum board is excited to welcome visitors to reminisce and will be serving hot dogs, chips and beverages.
