Phelps Historical Museum Open House

The Phelps Historical Museum season opening will follow the Memorial Day ceremony at the Phelps Cemetery. The museum staff are thankful for the sacrifices that men and women have made for our freedoms and is excited to welcome visitors to reminisce while enjoying food and beverages.
