Become more comfortable and confident using your iPad or Android tablet to get online and explore the world wide web.  Participants will be encouraged to “sip” (grab a coffee or other beverage) and “swipe.”  A friendly, knowledgeable, and patient coach will work with participants, provide support, and answer questions.  The library will provide the tablets to use during the classes; however, if participants have their own tablet they can also bring it.  This program will guide participants through a series of hands-on, interactive, step-by-step instructions.  Those new to tablets will learn basic tablet skills such as tapping, swiping, and scrolling.  Through a series of classes, everyone will learn tablet use such as email, the web, FaceTime, You Tube, texting, photographs, and other apps.  Registration is required and class size is limited.
