Trick or Treat at businesses and Library at 5pm. Enjoy free hot dogs and snacks at St. Rita’s Church throughout the evening. Follow the luminary-lit path from the church to Haunted Ice Shanties. Fun and games at the Fire Barn from 6 to 8pm.
