An event every week that begins at 2:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until February 18, 2020
Learn ways to support your health and wellness this winter – and all year long. The schedule is as follows:
January 21 – “How to Transform your Top 3 Energy Draining Mistakes into Powerful Daily Rituals” with Kathryn Young, Health and Wellness Coach;
January 28 – “Fitness: It’s not that Hard!” with Suzi Hammer, Manitowish Waters Athletic Club Supervisor and Fitness Instructor;
February 4 – “Foot Health, Wellness Tips, Free Demos, and More!” with Jane Thomas, Naturopathic Doctor and Certified Ingham Reflexologist;
February 11 – “Bullet Journaling; Infinite Planning Possibilities” with Teresa Schmidt, Mercer Public Library Director; and
February 18 – “Living Naturally with Yoga and Essential Oils” with Heather Dietz of Blackbird Yoga.
