Women on Snow is a great weekend of snowmobiling and fun in Wisconsin’s Northwoods.  The annual event, which originally began in Eagle River in 1986, attracts over 100 women of all ages.  The event officially begins with registration on Thursday evening and ends Saturday evening.  The women are divided up into six riding groups, designated by color and led by one of the hostesses.  A rider’s meeting is held before departing for the first ride.  There is a support vehicle towing a snowmobile trailer available for uncooperative sleds or mishaps.  Saturday evening brings a themed banquet which is always full of fun, prizes and surprises.  Women on Snow is a great women’s weekend away.  Meals, lodging and gas are included in the price for the weekend; oil and refreshments are on your own.  Reservations are accepted on a first-received/first accepted basis.  Get your gal pals together and join us!
