YogaPaddler: Cardio & Strength SUP

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Thursday, repeating until August 31, 2017
Try some high energy and calorie burning to build core & strength all the while improving your balance. Push your self this summer and have fun doing it. The class is an hour long followed by a post-class paddle-out to Little St. Germain River, the dam and back. Drop-ins are welcome, however, we reserve the right to cancel sessions that have no registered participants. Be sure and register or call ahead!
