Vilas County Photo Release Form

I hereby give authorization to Vilas County Tourism & Publicity, Vilas County chambers of commerce, and/or their advertising agencies to use my photo(s) or video(s), if applicable, for commercials/publications/Internet or other advertising media.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, or any material in which Vilas County Tourism & Publicity Department or various chambers of commerce may eventually use the photographs.  I further relinquish and give the Vilas County Tourism & Publicity Department and the Vilas County chambers of commerce all rights, title and interest in and to the photographs, including any copyright therein.  This consent and release shall be binding upon my heirs, successors, assigns and legal representatives.  I understand that, although the Vilas County Tourism & Publicity Department will endeavor to use my photograph or likeness in accordance with standards of good judgment, the Vilas County Tourism & Publicity Department cannot warrant or guarantee that any further dissemination of my photograph or likeness will be subject to County supervision or control.  As a result, I release Vilas County and the Vilas County chambers of commerce from any and all liability related to dissemination of my photograph or likeness, reproduction, distribution and/or display of the photographs in print or any and all other media, and any alteration, distortion or illusionary effect, whether intentional or otherwise, in connection with said use.  I also understand that I may not withdraw my permission for the use of any photos or likeness at any time in the future.

These commercials/photos/publications/etc. may run in any market for any length of time at the discretion of Vilas County Tourism & Publicity, Vilas County chambers of commerce, and/or their advertising agencies.  This form releases Vilas County Tourism & Publicity, Vilas County chambers of commerce, and/or their advertising agencies from any compensatory obligations.
