• Dine at an authentic Northwoods restaurant. Whether you’re craving a casual Friday fish fry or looking for a relaxing fine dining restaurant, you’ll find it in Eagle River.
• Go trophy fishing. Eagle River hosts hundreds of lakes known for excellent trophy fishing – especially muskies.
• Visit the Northwoods Children’s Museum. Both kids and adults can enjoy hands-on fun at the museum, which hosts 23 interactive and educational exhibits, as well as a number of programs, events and themed exhibits throughout the year.
• Snowmobile! Thanks to numerous snowmobile clubs that maintain a 500-mile trail network known as the “Eagle River 500,” Eagle River is known to host some of the best snowmobiling in the Midwest.
