The Tamaracks OHM trail system has 14 miles of single-track motorcycle trails that offer the beginner and intermediate skill levels an opportunity to enjoy off-road riding. A future trail expansion of an additional 8 miles of advanced and technical riding has been designed and is scheduled to open mid-2021. This OHM trail system offers riders the ability to test their skills on dirt and sandy sections of tread traversing through open fields. The main park-n-ride area has pit toilets and picnic tables. A loading ramp is currently under construction, and an open air pavilion is planned for 2021. The trail is adjacent to Tamarack Springs Campground.
There is no fee for riding this trail system, however a Wisconsin DNR OHM decal is required on either a limited use or a plated motorcycle. Visit the DNR’s website for more information.
